Not always. We can often check the roof from outside without you there, but if we need to see the attic, a ceiling stain or an active leak, someone has to let us in. Either way, we go over what we found with you.

Your written estimate states how long its price is good for. Material prices can change, so if you decide after that date, ask us to confirm or update the estimate before scheduling.

It depends on the size of the job, the materials and the weather. Your estimate includes the expected schedule, and we confirm the start date and how long the crew will be on site before work begins.

Move cars out of the driveway, take fragile items off walls next to the work area and keep pets inside while the crew is working. We’ll go over anything else before your start date, and we clean up when the job is done.

Ask about the available payment plans with your estimate. Plans are offered through a third-party lender and are subject to credit approval. Review the terms in writing before you decide.

Your project can carry two kinds of coverage: the manufacturer’s warranty on the materials and our workmanship warranty on the installation. The terms for your project are written into your estimate and contract.
