HOW FINANCING WORKS

Three steps to a monthly plan.

  1. Ask with your estimate

Tell us you’d like to see payment options when you request your estimate. We’ll include the available plans alongside the project price.

  2. Review the terms

Plans are offered through a third-party lender and are subject to credit approval. Review the rate, term and monthly payment before you decide.

  3. Approve and schedule

Once you’re approved and comfortable with the plan, we schedule the work. There’s no obligation to finance if you’d rather pay another way.

FINANCING FAQS

Questions? Start here.

Financing is offered through a third-party lender, not by us directly. The lender sets the terms and makes the approval decision. We’ll give you the lender’s details and written terms so you can review everything before applying.

That depends on the lender’s process. Before you apply, the lender explains whether checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry, which doesn’t affect your score, or a full application. Ask us for the lender’s details with your estimate.

Ask about financing for any project in your estimate, from a roof replacement to chimney, siding, gutter or masonry work. The lender decides what it will finance and sets the terms.

Your written estimate shows the payment schedule, including any amount due before work starts. If you finance the project, the lender’s terms explain how and when payments are made.

That’s set by the lender. Check the loan terms for any prepayment rules before you sign, and ask the lender directly if anything is unclear.

We’ll go over the payment options for your project when we give you your estimate, and the payment schedule is written into your contract before any work begins.
